From Curious to Confident: My Trading Journey 🎯

Hi, I’m Melissa Vogt, a trading mentor and community leader passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
My family and I live in the great state of Idaho, where life is always an adventure with my husband, our five children, and our three dogs.

I’ve always been passionate about helping others, which led me to study Criminal Justice and work as a Civil Rights Investigator — a job I truly loved. But when our family relocated across the state, I had to start over.

I found a new job, but something was missing. Long 50 to 60+ hour workweeks left me drained and unfulfilled. I knew I needed more — more time, more freedom, and more control over my future. That’s when I discovered the power of learning to trade with proven strategies and the support of a strong trading community.

My Trading Journey

One day while scrolling Facebook, I saw a post about Forex trading. Terms like “PIPs” and “market movement” were completely new to me, but I was curious enough to start learning. That one moment changed everything.

At first, trading was a side interest while I continued working full-time. But a year later, life threw me a curveball: I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Suddenly, my income dropped, overtime disappeared, and medical bills piled up. That’s when I realized I needed to take control of my financial future.

So I went all in on trading. I studied, practiced, stayed consistent, and plugged into a supportive community that helped me grow step-by-step.

By January 2025, I reached a goal I once thought was impossible — I left my job and became a full-time trader.

What Trading Has Given Me
